Winmarleigh House is the trading name of WMH Co Ltd, a private company limited by guarantee. The company is run by 6 unpaid Directors though the day-to-day operation of Winmarleigh House is the responsibility of the General Manager, David Harding.

The aim of Winmarleigh House is to provide, in the centre of Warrington, a versatile, pleasant facility with an excellent standard of cuisine and silver service where local people and businesses can hold any function that they wish at a price which they can afford.
